What the heck is that?

February 19, 2018 was the first time I had ever heard of this surgery.
I was shocked to learn that people could actually live without a Pancreas.
The internet is a powerful and scary thing at the same time. Sometimes there is information overload and it scares the hell out of you.
The purpose of me starting this Blog:
1.) It provides me mental therapy.
2.) Hopefully someone out there in the universe can see that they are not alone and the fears they have are rational.
It is amazing to think that the human body can be “re-plumbed” and still function somewhat normal.
