New Year, New Workout

I have decided to officially see what this new body of mine can do. I have been able to get up to 185 pounds and am ready to start a training program. I found a program called “60 Days to Fit”. I have committed to a 5 mile run in March and a Triathlon in April. Last year was more of “Lets see if I can finish” when I did these events. This year, I want to actually compete in them. Above is my “before” photo. I am hoping there is improvement in the “after photo”.
